The Farms at Jefferson is a diverse and welcoming neighborhood nestled in the southern part of Jefferson Township in Blacklick, Ohio.

Since breaking ground in 2020, The Farms has grown into a close-knit, diverse community filled with welcoming neighbors, friendly faces, and a spirit of connection.

Neighborhood Amenities

Life at The Farms at Jefferson comes with plenty of perks. From everyday conveniences to spaces designed for connection and fun, our amenities help make our neighborhood feel even more like home.

Pavilion

Unwind at the covered shelter, which includes picnic tables, an outdoor fireplace, TV and restrooms.

Playground

Let the kiddos run and play at the playground. Equipment is designed for children age 2 to 12.

Pool

Cool off on a hot day with a dip in the community swimming pool, open from May to September.

Events

Connect with your neighbors, make memories with the family and have a little fun at a community event.

Food Trucks

Cure any craving — sweet or savory — with a steady lineup of food trucks rolling into The Farms.

Grab your pole and some bait. Our ponds are open to all residents for catch‑and‑release fishing.

Community Management

The Farms at Jefferson is governed by a Homeowners Association in partnership with Omni Community Association Managers. Members of the community are elected annually to serve on the HOA board and act as our representatives.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

  • Our Communications & Events volunteers help bring The Farms community together by planning and coordinating quarterly neighborhood events, scheduling food trucks, and supporting the HOA Board with key communication efforts. This team also assists with moderating our neighborhood Facebook group and helping maintain the HOA website.
