Little Ladies Soft Serve
Little Ladies Soft Serve is no ordinary ice cream truck. Everything starts with their deliciously creamy vanilla soft serve, then it’s up to you — keep it simple with some sprinkles and a waffle cone, or go all out with toppings for a meticulously-crafted sundae.
Summer Kickoff Pool Party
Join your neighbors for a fun-filled pool party the whole family will love. Enjoy swimming and sunshine, dance along to music from our DJ, and treat everyone to tasty eats from local food trucks.
It’s a great chance to relax, connect, and kick off summer with friends of all ages.
Pavilion Maintenance
The pavilion is undergoing some routine maintenance this week for power washing and painting. Access to the pavilion will be limited during this time. We appreciate your patience as we continue to spruce up this shared space in our community.

Parking Lot Closed for Maintenance
The Pool/Playground/Pavilion parking lot will be temporarily closed for maintenance & repairs on from 8 p.m. May 8 through 8 a.m. May 11.
Please move your cars from the lot before 8 p.m. Friday to ensure there is no disruption to the scheduled work.

Spring Egg Hunt
We're planning a similar event to last year — we'll kick things off with our egg hunt + have a few food trucks on site for you to grab lunch after.
The egg hunt will start shortly after noon, so please make sure you head over early.
In addition to the egg hunt, we'll also have:
- Jelly Bean Challenge — whoever guesses the correct or closest amount wins a prize!
- Golden Egg Prize Table — if you find a golden egg, bring it to the Events committee members to exchange for a prize!
- A visit from our resident Bunny
DONATIONS NEEDED
Our HOA Board is providing funds to help us buy prizes for the golden eggs & jellybean challenge.
We're asking residents to please consider making a small donation to our candy fund. You can send donations directly to Events committee member Sari Rosen Glick via Venmo.
If you would prefer to donate a bag or two of candy, we can coordinate that! Just let a member of the HOA board or Events Committee (tagged on this post) know and we'll help coordinate.

FYI: Egg hunt is for ALL ages! We will have separate sections for each age group to participate.
If the weather isn't looking good on the 11th, we've scheduled a rain date of April 18.

Community Meeting with the Board
Join the HOA board for a quarterly meeting.
Weather permitting, the meeting will be held at the pavilion. If needed, we will hold the meeting virtually via Zoom. A link will be provided by the board.
