Annual Fall Festival

It’s fall at The Farms. 🍁🍂

Celebrate the arrival of autumn at our annual Fall at The Farms Festival! Bring the whole family for a day of community, creativity, and seasonal fun.

Start your morning with Coffee Coven from 8–10 a.m., then enjoy lunch from two food trucks from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We'll also have pumpkin painting, a giant community coloring page, and other activities for all ages to enjoy throughout the day.

We're currently accepting vendor applications and are offering a discounted rate for vendors who live within the neighborhood. If you'd like to reserve a space, please reach out for more information.

We look forward to celebrating the season with you!

5th Annual Red, White & Roll Parade

We’re closing out the holiday weekend with another favorite tradition —our annual Red, White and Roll Parade.

Decorate your favorite ride — bikes, scooters, wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, adaptive cycles, and other wheeled rides are all welcome — and show off your creativity as we parade through the neighborhood. Red, white, and blue decorations are encouraged to help make the event festive and colorful.

Members of Jefferson Fire Department will be helping out with the parade again this year, bringing one of their fire trucks to help lead us through the parade route.

Charlie Bear Coffee Company will be on site at 9 a.m. so you can get your coffee before the parade! Check out the coffee truck at @charliebearcoffeeco on Instagram.

Not participating in the parade? Grab a lawn chair and line the parade route to cheer on the creative riders as they make their way through the neighborhood.

Thanks to the generosity of one of our residents, Aaron Hibbard, this annual event continues to be a highlight of the summer for neighbors of all ages.

You can help support this event by making a donation to help purchase fireworks. Reach out to Aaron on Facebook for details on how you can donate.

Enjoy the show! 🎆

Spring Egg Hunt

We're planning a similar event to last year — we'll kick things off with our egg hunt + have a few food trucks on site for you to grab lunch after.

The egg hunt will start shortly after noon, so please make sure you head over early.

In addition to the egg hunt, we'll also have:
- Jelly Bean Challenge — whoever guesses the correct or closest amount wins a prize!
- Golden Egg Prize Table — if you find a golden egg, bring it to the Events committee members to exchange for a prize!
- A visit from our resident Bunny

DONATIONS NEEDED

Our HOA Board is providing funds to help us buy prizes for the golden eggs & jellybean challenge.

We're asking residents to please consider making a small donation to our candy fund. You can send donations directly to Events committee member Sari Rosen Glick via Venmo.

If you would prefer to donate a bag or two of candy, we can coordinate that! Just let a member of the HOA board or Events Committee (tagged on this post) know and we'll help coordinate.

EVENT DETAILS

When: April 11 from 12 to 2:30 p.m.

Where: North side green space

FYI: Egg hunt is for ALL ages! We will have separate sections for each age group to participate.

If the weather isn't looking good on the 11th, we've scheduled a rain date of April 18.
