Community Rules: Pool, Pavilion and Playground

These rules have also been posted on a community sign located in the pavilion.

Pavilion & Pool Rules

  • There is no lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

  • No diving.

  • Pool, pavilion, and restrooms are for residents and their guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a resident, and we ask that you do not exceed more than 6 guests per household.

  • No glass is permitted in or around the pool and pavilion.

  • No running, roughhousing, or fighting.

  • No loud music, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language.

  • Clean up after yourself.

  • Proper swim attire is required.

  • Toddlers must wear leak-proof, pool-rated swimwear. “Accidents” in the pool are a serious public safety matter and must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the Property Manager.

  • Pool loungers must remain on the sun-ledge.

  • No smoking, vaping or use of illegal drugs.

  • Vandalism and theft will not be tolerated.

Playground Rules

  • Play safe and take turns

  • Respect the age limits of all play equipment

  • No glass permitted on the playground

  • Remember the golden rule 💛

Rule Enforcement

The pool, pavilion and playground are private property reserved for FAJ residents only. The property and facilities are owned and operated by The Farms at Jefferson Homeowner’s Association (HOA).

HOA Board Members have the authority to remove and issue notice of trespass to any individuals who do not adhere to the posted rules and restrictions.

Reporting Incidents

Please report all pool accidents by sending an email with subject line “Farms at Jefferson Pool Accident” to our Omni HOA manager, Jamie and copying the HOA board.

If you observe neighbors breaking any other pool, pavilion or playground rules or if you have a safety concern, please contact the HOA board directly.
